Where good news shines

After a tough overtime loss to South Dakota on Thursday, the University of Denver men’s basketball team is back on the court Saturday against St. Thomas.

The game is the start of a three-game homestand for the Pioneers at Hamilton Gym.

Denver’s Tommy Bruner continued to leave his mark on college basketball in the loss. Bruner crossed 2,000 career points in his five-year college career. It was the eighth game over 30 points for Bruner.

Saturday’s game is set for 3 p.m. The game can be heard on 1600 AM. Tickets are on sale here
