Colorado Mesa’s Allred, Colorado School of Mines’ Romack win RMAC honors | Colorado Sunshine

Where good news shines

Colorado Mesa redshirt senior forward Tyler Allred and Colorado School of Mines junior forward Alex Romack were named RMAC men’s basketball players of the week.

Allred led the Mavericks to a strong win over Regis University in their lone game of the week. The Mona, Utah, native scored 26 points, while adding nine rebounds, three assists and a block.

Romack’s strong defensive showing against Northern New Mexico College helped give the Orediggers a 92-84 win. He recorded his eighth double-double of the season with 17 points and 14 rebounds, while blocking two shots and adding one steal.
