A weekend to experience the Aurora Borealis Festival in, yes, Aurora, at award-winning Aurora Highlands’ Winged Melody Park. They’re recreating the beautiful Aurora Borealis colors projected skyward through LED technology and with an immersive sound dome, a light tunnel, silent disco, art installations, and festival food trucks, music and artisan vendors. Denver Art Week free Night at the Museums is a special gift to the community and an ideal time to visit some of the area’s best museums when they’re all open late and no-cost admission. A film lover’s delight, the 47th Denver Film Film Festival, is packed with entertainment and thought provoking subjects. Screens will be filled with more than 200 films and shorts. That territorial history and having a name, Coors, closely allied with the city are all part of the Downtown Golden Walking Tour.
