Boulder police investigating dead body found Saturday
The Boulder Police Department has started an investigation after finding a dead male in a park.
Authorities say the body appeared to have “substantial injuries,” according to a news release.
Police were dispatched to a park north of the Dairy Center at Folsom and Walnut streets in Boulder shortly before 11:30 a.m. Saturday after the body was found.
Detectives from the Boulder Police Department will work alongside the Boulder County Coroner’s Office to identify the male and determine the cause of death, the release said.

Tips submitted through Crime Stoppers that lead to an arrest and charges being filed can earn up to a $1,000 reward.
