A Medina Alert has been issued for a vehicle suspected to be involved in a hit-and-run that killed an adult male Friday night in Westwood.

The suspected vehicle has been described as a gold colored Dodge Durango with Texas license plate 98376X3, said Kurt Barnes, a public information officer for the Denver Police Department.

Authorities are also on the look out for a white Nissan Murano that police say would have heavy front end damage.

Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Morrison Road and West Kentucky Avenue shortly before 9 p.m. Friday after reports of a hit-and-run.

Upon their arrival, they located an adult male who was struck by a vehicle and was pronounced dead on-scene.

Investigators do not know which vehicle fatally struck the victim, Barnes said.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the vehicles and drivers, or the crash are encouraged to contact the Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
