Man dies from gunshot wound outside Aurora home

The man was found in front of a home along the 1900 block of Kingston Street

A man died in the hospital after being found shot in front of a home in north Aurora on Saturday afternoon.

In a news release, Aurora Police Department officials said a resident called to report a man with gunshot wounds at 2:42 p.m.

The man was found in front of a home along the 1900 block of Kingston Street in northwest Aurora, according to police.

Authorities say the man later died at the hospital from a gunshot wound. His name and identity were not immediately released.

No suspect is in custody and the shooting remains under investigation.
