The Denver Police Department is investigating a crash in southeast Denver that left one person dead on Saturday night.

In a posting on social media platform X at 11:56 p.m., police said two motorists were involved in a crash in the area near E. Yale Avenue and S. Monaco Parkway.

One person was declared dead on scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
