Rollerblading suspect reportedly assaulted man with hockey stick in Boulder

The Boulder Police Department is on the hunt for an assault suspect who made his getaway on rollerblades.

According to a report on the matter, the victim of the assault was riding his bike in the area of 27th Way and Baseline on October 23 at about 7:06 p.m. when the incident occurred. The victim called 911 to report that the suspect on rollerblades approached him from behind while skating and assaulted him verbally and with a hockey stick.

Thankfully, the victim was not seriously injured in the incident, refusing medical treatment.

The suspect was described as a white male of medium-to-tall height with a slender build. He was wearing all black clothing and a black ski mask at the time of the incident, with a green Gatorade bottle with an orange top sticking out of his back right pants pocket.
