BREAKING: Trump disqualified from 2024 ballot, says Colorado Supreme Court

According to a breaking news report from Colorado Politics’ Michael Karlik, the Colorado Supreme Court has ordered that Donald Trump be removed from the 2024 presidential ballot in an unprecedented move, with the court finding him constitutionally ineligible to run for office.

The December 19 opinion stemmed from allegations that Trump engaged in an insurrection on January 6, 2021.

Three of seven justices dissented, with the ruling put on hold pending a likely appeal to the US Supreme Court.
