Grandview star Sienna Betts commits to play basketball at UCLA | Colorado Sunshine
Where good news shines
Colorado high school girls basketball has made another big-time splash on the national scene.
Sienna Betts, the Grandview star and reigning Gatorade State Player of the Year, made a verbal commitment to UCLA on Saturday.
Her sister, two-time Gatorade State Player of the Year Lauren Betts, is a standout for the Bruins.
Sienna Betts, a 6-foot-4 rising junior who led Grandview to the Class 6A state title in March, is considered a five-star prospect and a top-five recruit in the Class of 2025. She averaged 21.4 points, 16.5 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 3.8 blocks as a sophomore.
The younger Betts chose UCLA over the likes of South Carolina, Duke, North Carolina and Notre Dame, Oregon, Michigan and Arizona.
