Denver weather: Continued warming, drying out Thursday across the city
Snow will continue to melt off Thursday around Denver as continued warm and dry conditions exist.
Denver residents can expect mostly sunny skies today, with a high near 58, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder. South southwest winds to blow between 5 to 7 mph become calm throughout the day.
“Wind gusts up to 50 mph will blow over the mountain ridges and the higher east slopes of the Front Range, with some decrease during the day,” the NWS said.
Tonight expect mostly clear conditions, with a low around 30. South winds to blow between 3 to 6 mph.
“The next chance of light snow in the mountains will be on Saturday,” the NWS said. “Two different weather systems may affect the area early next week, bringing a chance of snow in the mountains and mixed precipitation in the Plains.”

Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 62. South wind 3 to 8 mph. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph.
Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 54. Southwest wind around 6 mph becoming north in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 17 mph.
Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 53.
Monday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 53.
