Don’t let Wednesday’s cloudy and scattered rain showers fool you. Thursday’s forecast calls for sunny skies returning with a high near 84, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.
South southwest winds to blow around 6 mph become light and variable throughout the day ahead of dry front bringing slightly cooler weather to the area on Friday.
Tonight we’ll see partly cloudy skies, with a low around 54. East southeast winds to blow around 6 mph become south southwest after midnight.
Saturday is looking like the warmest day of the weekend, again, ahead of a cold front pushing cooler air into Colorado. Little moisture is associated with the passing front to the north, but some clouds might produce light rain showers in the mountainous terrain in northern Colorado.
