Denver weather: Sunny skies and highs in the 80s Friday

Denver is forecast for sunny skies and highs in the mid-80s Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.

Expect sunny, clear skies with slightly hazy conditions due to wildfire in California and a high of 84 degrees.

Looking ahead to Friday night, expect a low of 53 degrees. Winds from the northeast will pick up slightly with gusts reaching upwards of 15 mph.

Temperatures will increase heading into the weekend topping out in the upper 80s through Sunday when a slight chance of showers will return to the area.

Saturday: Expect sunny skies and a high of 89 degrees.

Sunday: There’s a 10% chance of showers and thunderstorms in the forecast, mainly after 3 p.m. Expect mostly sunny skies and a high of 88 degrees.

Monday: Mostly sunny skies are in the forecast and a high of 88 degrees.

Tuesday: There’s a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon forecast. Expect mostly sunny skies and a high of 86 degrees.
